1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Original tags and labels must still be attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods (food items, beverages, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click on "Return Item" or "Request Return"
- Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason
- Submit your return request
- Wait for approval (typically within 24-48 hours)
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: Prepaid return shipping label at no cost
- Wrong Item Received: Prepaid return shipping label at no cost
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Please use the provided label and package items securely.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect and process within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when complete.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, initiate a return and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at support@buytesla.lk or +94117346346. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping. Please include photos of the damage.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or payment statement
- Contact your credit card company or bank

10. Return Policy for Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise stated.
11. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
