1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Original tags and labels must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods (food items, beverages, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the "Orders" section
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Item" or "Request Return"
  4. Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason
  5. Submit your return request
  6. Wait for approval (typically within 24-48 hours)
  7. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Wrong Item Received: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

Please use the provided return shipping label and package items securely to prevent damage during transit.

5. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your return within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before the refund is posted)

10. Return Policy for Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are subject to the same return policy, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

11. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
